Grouping and Sorting

The room plan allows the user to group or sort reservations based on their specific needs. The Group By button is located under the Filters and have a few options for grouping and sorting. When grouping or sorting, the system always displays hotel rooms first, followed by event rooms, and finally property items.

The system can group reservations using two options:

• Room types – each category has its own section containing all rooms that belong to it. This works for hotel rooms, event rooms, and property types. 
  
  
• Floors – all rooms are grouped by the floor they belong to. Rooms without an assigned floor are displayed in the "No Floor Nmbr." section.

The system can also sort room numbers in ascending (A->z) or descending (z->A) order.
